Onze deskundige boiler economiser en afvalwarmte terugwinning systeem installaties kunnen uw totale brandstofbehoefte te verminderen, lagere emissies, en uiteindelijk uw boiler operationele kosten te verminderen.

• Oververhitting verhoogt het totale rendement en voorkomt te veel condensatie in de laatste stadia van de turbine, waardoor erosie van de bladplaat wordt voorkomen.
•De warmte van de verbrandingsgassen uit de oven wordt gebruikt om vocht uit de stoom te verwijderen en de stoom te oververhitten.
•Superverwarmers bestaan gewoonlijk uit meerdere parallelle buiscircuits met één of meer terugdraaiingen, die tussen koppen zijn verbonden.
•De warmte van de hete gassen wordt bij hoge temperaturen overgebracht naar de damp in de oververwarmer.
•Daarom wordt het voorste gedeelte van de superverwarmer in tegenstroom en het tweede gedeelte in parallelle stroom geplaatst om de temp.stressing van de buiswand te verminderen.
